I’m Dr. Ashish Juneja, an Economist and Educator with 18+ years of experience. I’m a PhD Economist, hold an MA in Economics and a PGDBM in HR and Marketing, and am UGC-NET qualified. I founded IBT Institute of Banking Training, which I led from 2014 to 2020. On 31 December 2023, I lost my job. I had a title, a salary and a team, but no plan. Before that, I was a college assistant professor, and in 2014 I started a banking training institute. I now help employed senior leaders examine their career options while they stay employed.
